I learned a good lesson for business growth in this post. All the way looking out for the approach for a better business growth, the internet has always been aside by me in moving ahead with positive results in terms of my business.

Years ago when I started my business as a startup, there was no guidance nor was there a hope from outside the business. Time was there when I felt the shut down of the business as well. And hence looking ahead with positivity with right spirit, the adventure then begins. After a thorough research, I learned that the mistakes are the factors that are the main hurdles to come across with. And then I thought of trying every possible ways and means to get rid of it. Luckily I came across one gentleman when I was on an official trip to LA. He was a lucky champ for me I believe. Got inspiration from him to have the usage of tools where ever required rather than deploying manpower that may be the key factors for mistakes to happen.

My business success are being taken care by various tools like task management being taken care by RTM, expense management software from Expensify, time tracking software from Replicon. And yes upon required I use google tasks for certain purposes.

Funny thing; I couldn't even read this article without interuptions (working from home this afternoon... with my 4yo son, due to sitter issues). I don't separate work/family. We are a family business (2yo) and it's important that my team welcome my son to staff meetings, or at the office for the day, or understand when I'm working from home, coming in late, or leaving early.... all perks of being an entrepreneur. One thing I will say is that I allow my team the same flexibility that I have as I believe it helps with retention and job satisfaction. I loved this article. Thank you for writing this. It spoke to me... and only being in business 2 years, I wonder how I'll continue to manage it all. Well, I just will. That's all. My mother is a favorite-because of her perseverance in believing anything is possible- "if YOU JUST TRY- She also stated is not where you live but HOW you live--she sent me to Hawaii on an 8 day trip- from sales of pound cake and banana bread-

Thanks for your comment, Emma! Here are some tips for you:

1: Search for outlets that share a common audience.
2: Become a part of the conversation. Comment on their posts. Strike up a conversation around a hot topic. Become an active part of their community.
3: Seek out their founders/content managers via social media and build a genuine relationship with those people.
4: ASK! Ask if they accept guest content submissions and express your interest.
5: Be persistent. They may not say yes right away, but continue to nurture the relationship and put the offer out there.
